RighTel¶
RighTel (رایتل) is an Iranian mobile network operator and one of the four named carriers (TCI, IranCell, RighTel, MCCI) whose traffic Cloudflare Radar tracks via per-ASN breakdown during Iran's nationwide Internet shutdowns and restorations.
RighTel showed traffic increases simultaneously with TCI, IranCell, and MCCI on May 26, 2026 — the first day of the partial restoration of Iran's February 28 2026 nationwide shutdown, 87 days into the disruption. The synchronous behaviour across all four operators is the standard signal of state-coordinated rather than per-carrier policy change.
As a mobile carrier, RighTel is also a candidate white-SIM issuer for Iran's filtering / whitelist shutdown architecture, though which specific subscriber cohorts are on which carrier's allowlist is not externally characterised.
Per-AS view¶
RighTel traffic is measurable on Cloudflare Radar at the ASN granularity, accessible via Radar's network search or through the per-country network breakdown (radar.cloudflare.com/ir).
