AWS Batch¶
What it is¶
AWS Batch is AWS's managed batch-computing service for running long-running jobs at scale; it queues, schedules, and executes containerized or scripted jobs on AWS-managed compute, freeing the caller from managing the underlying infrastructure. It complements Lambda (short, event-driven) by handling work that exceeds Lambda's execution limits.
